Coneross Campground - Lake Hartwell

Coneross Campground is located on Lake Hartwell near Anderson and Clemson, South Carolina. The campground is operated by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. There are 106 campsites available at Coneross Campground. 94 campsites feature full electrical and water hookups. The remaining 12 campsites are primitive sites with no hookups. Showers, restrooms, water, and a dump station are among the amenities provided for campers and guests. In addition to camping Coneross has various recreation opportunities. For easy access to the waters of Lake Hartwell there is a boat launch ramp and dock. If you need to cool off during your stay there is a beach for a refreshing swim in the lake. The campground also has a playground for the kids.

Reservations are recommended and rates range from $18 – $26 depending on campsite type. The Coneross Campground gates open at 7 AM and lock at 10 PM. No entry or exit from the campground between 10 PM and 7 AM. Alcohol is prohibited at the campgrouond.

Camping season runs from May 1 – September 30.
