Georgia River Campground - Lake Hartwell

If you are looking for s primitive campsite near Lake Hartwell, Georgia River Campground is for you. The campground is located on the Savannah River just below the Lake Hartwell Dam. The campground features 13 campsites. The campsites at Georgia River Campground do not have electrical hookups but there is a central water source available. There are no shower facilities but a restroom available for campers.

In addition to the campsites a picnic area and 2 fishing piers are available for campers. No reservations are available for these campsites. Camp rates are $6 per night. Pets are allowed at Georgia River but must be on a leash or penned at all times.

Camp season runs from May 1 - September 9.
